What We Do

LELA is committed to working in conjunction with federal, state, and local agencies, as well as public and private partnerships to maintain the quality of the lake. 

LELA understands the value of providing educational resources to the visitors and our neighbors to assist in the protection and quality of the lake and its wildlife.

LELA members are long time participants in the Citizen Assisted Monitoring Program (CAMP) to monitor for water quality as a Lake Association.

LELA funds the annual treatment and continued maintenance required to control the spread of AIS in Lake Elmo.
